Real estate, vehicles, jewelry, collectibles and other assets, with valuations and archiving.
This page shows you how to record in guito the things you own that don’t live in a bank account or a brokerage (real estate, vehicles, jewelry, collectibles and other assets), update their valuation over time, and archive what you no longer want to track. Everything you add counts toward your net worth. The available categories are Real estate (houses, apartments, land), Vehicles (cars, motorcycles, boats), Jewelry (gold, diamonds, watches) and Collectibles (art, stamps, coins).
An asset’s value can change over time. Add valuations to track how its estimated value evolves.

You can’t have two valuations on the same date. The system warns you if you try to duplicate one. The valuation history is kept so you can track how the value changes.
