This page shows you how to review your subscriptions and recurring movements in one place: find them, add ones guito has not detected, pause those you have suspended, and edit or delete any of them. The Recurring section gathers everything that repeats at regular intervals (subscriptions, rent, salaries, and other fixed expenses and income) and shows the monthly total for each side.

Where to find it

1

Open Recurring

Select Recurring in the sidebar, under the Activity section.
2

See the two lists

The page shows Recurring expenses and Recurring income. Each section displays the normalized monthly total in the top-right corner.

What each movement shows

Every row displays:
  • The logo and name of the movement.
  • The frequency: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.
  • The next expected date.
  • The amount.
guito automatically calculates the monthly total by normalizing different frequencies. A yearly subscription, for example, is converted to its monthly share so the total reflects the real cost per month.

Add a recurring movement

1

Click Add

Use the Add button in the top-right corner.
2

Enter the details

Record the subscription, rent, salary, or other recurring movement you want to track.

Pause or resume a movement

Use the toggle on the right of each row to pause or resume a movement.
  • Paused movements appear dimmed and stop counting toward the monthly total.
  • Turn the toggle back on for the movement to count again.
Pausing is handy when you temporarily suspend a subscription but don’t want to remove it from your records.
